My For Sale By Owner Friends

This blogspot is dedicated to my special friends, the ones that decided to take a chance and talk to the guy that knocked on their door and asked: "You don't shoot realtors, do you?"

I've found that For Sale By Owners are some of the nicest people you'll ever want to meet, and that they have some great homes to sell. I have had the pleasure of working with several of them, and the transactions went very smoothly and very well.

One of the free services that I provide is to make available my visual tour software capabilities to showcase their homes. I do that here in order to help introduce these fine homes into the marketplace. If you are looking for a good home and one of these catch your eye, feel free to contact the owners directly, as that is the purpose of providing this service.

Though not a requirement to have their homes on this blog spot, some of the For Sale By Owners have given me permission to bring my potential buyers through their homes.

If you are a buyer and wish to be represented by a Realtor, feel free to give me a call, and we can view these homes together.

I am always looking for nice people to do business with. If you are a For Sale By Owner and are leery and think there must be a catch, call some of the other For Sale By Owners on this blog spot and ask them about me. You'll find that I am honest, ethical, courteous, and not pushy. I would hope that down the road if you find that you would like the help of a Realtor in marketing your home, that I might be one of the ones you might interview. But then again, that is not a requirement in order to have your home included here.
