I have had the pleasure of working with several of them, and the transactions went very smoothly and very well.<br /><br />One of the free services that I provide is to make available my visual tour software capabilities to showcase their homes. I do that here in order to help introduce these fine homes into the marketplace. If you are looking for a good home and one of these catch your eye, feel free to contact the owners directly, as that is the purpose of providing this service.<br /><br />Though not a requirement to have their homes on this blog spot, some of the <strong>For Sale By</strong> <strong>Owners</strong> have given me permission to bring my potential buyers through their homes.<br /><br />If you are a buyer and wish to be represented by a Realtor, feel free to give me a call, and we can view these homes together.<br /><br />I am always looking for nice people to do business with. If you are a <strong>For Sale By Owner</strong> and are leery and think there must be a catch, call some of the other <strong>For Sale By Owners</strong> on this blog spot and ask them about me. You'll find that I am honest, ethical, courteous, and not pushy. I would hope that down the road if you find that you would like the help of a Realtor in marketing your home, that I might be one of the ones you might interview. But then again, that is not a requirement in order to have your home included here.<br /><br />Would you like your home included here free of charge?
