I have had the pleasure of working with several of them, and the transactions went very smoothly and very well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One of the free services that I provide is to make available my visual tour software capabilities to showcase their homes. I do that here in order to help introduce these fine homes into the marketplace. If you are looking for a good home and one of these catch your eye, feel free to contact the owners directly, as that is the purpose of providing this service.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Though not a requirement to have their homes on this blog spot, some of the &lt;strong&gt;For Sale By&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Owners&lt;/strong&gt; have given me permission to bring my potential buyers through their homes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you are a buyer and wish to be represented by a Realtor, feel free to give me a call, and we can view these homes together.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am always looking for nice people to do business with. If you are a &lt;strong&gt;For Sale By Owner&lt;/strong&gt; and are leery and think there must be a catch, call some of the other &lt;strong&gt;For Sale By Owners&lt;/strong&gt; on this blog spot and ask them about me. You'll find that I am honest, ethical, courteous, and not pushy. I would hope that down the road if you find that you would like the help of a Realtor in marketing your home, that I might be one of the ones you might interview. But then again, that is not a requirement in order to have your home included here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Would you like your home included here free of charge?
